EarnBook – UPI & Bill Payments
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be processed on EarnBook.

1. General Policy
EarnBook acts as a service facilitator between users and third-party service providers.
Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be cancelled by the user. -
2. Recharge & Bill Payments
Successful recharges and bill payments are non-refundable.
In case of failed or pending transactions, the amount will be:
Automatically refunded to the source account, or
Credited back within 3–7 working days, as per bank/partner timelines. -
3. AEPS, DMT, CMS Transactions
Transactions once completed are non-refundable.
For failed or reversed transactions, refunds (if applicable) are processed as per partner bank policies. -
4. Travel Bookings
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the respective airline, hotel, or travel partner.
EarnBook is not responsible for partner-specific cancellation charges or delays. -
5. Loans, Insurance & Investment Services
Application fees, processing charges, or partner fees are non-refundable.
Approval, rejection, or delays are subject to partner institutions. -
6. Government & Aadhaar Services
Fees paid for government or Aadhaar-related services are non-refundable once the request is submitted. -
7. Incorrect Transactions
If a transaction fails due to:
Network issues
Bank/API failure
Technical error
The refund (if applicable) will be processed automatically within standard settlement timelines. -
8. Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 10 working days, depending on banks and payment gateways. -
