Welcome to EarnBook – UPI & Bill Payments, operated by Credophos Webtech Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the EarnBook mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
The App is strictly for users 18 years and above. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement. -
2. Services Offered
EarnBook provides digital and financial services including but not limited to:
AEPS, CMS, DMT
Mobile Recharge & Bill Payments
Travel Bookings
Loans & Insurance services
Bank Account, Credit Card & Demat Account assistance
Aadhaar related services
Investment services
Government & utility services
Services may be provided through third-party partners and APIs. -
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
Not use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
Comply with all applicable laws and RBI/UIDAI/BBPS guidelines.
You are solely responsible for all activities performed through your account. -
4. KYC & Verification
Certain services require mandatory KYC, including Aadhaar, PAN, and bank verification
. Failure to complete verification may result in service restriction or account suspension. -
5. Fees & Charges
Some services may attract service charges, convenience fees, or partner fees
. Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. -
6. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
Services may be temporarily suspended due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party outages. -
7. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
False or misleading information is provided
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
Terms & Conditions are violated -
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
Transaction delays or failures caused by banks, APIs, or third parties
Financial loss due to incorrect user input
Network or technical issues beyond our control
Use of the App is at your own risk. -
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials in the App belong to the Company and may not be copied or reused without permission. -
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App implies acceptance of updated Terms. -
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts of Patna, Bihar shall have jurisdiction. -
